The IELTS Listening module tests your ability to understand spoken English in everyday and academic contexts. 10 Tips & Tricks
Preview Questions: Quickly skim the questions before each section starts.
Focus on Keywords: Listen for synonyms or paraphrases, not exact words.
Don't Panic: If you miss an answer, move on immediately.
Check Spelling & Grammar: Even one spelling mistake can lose a mark.
Watch Word Limits: "NO MORE THAN TWO WORDS" means exactly that.
Use Capital Letters: It avoids confusion in handwriting.
Anticipate Answers: Guess what type of word fits (noun, number, etc.).
Follow the Order: Answers usually come in sequence.
