MIE English Academy offers a fair and transparent refund policy. We want to ensure that our students are satisfied with their learning experience and have appropriate options if their circumstances change.
All refund requests are subject to our terms and conditions and must be submitted through proper channels with required documentation.

Within the allotted period, a student must finish his or her course. In the event that the student misses any classes without giving notice, there won't be any make-up classes. In exceptional cases, we will allow a maximum of two make-up classes.
If a student misses three (three) classes in a row without giving notice or providing an acceptable excuse, the student may be removed from the batch by the management at any time.
All fee payments will be non-refundable. However, we would consider special circumstances. The decision of the management of MIE English Academy will be final, and the students will have to abide by it.
If a student decides to cancel his course before the batch starts, he or she will be refunded after a 50% deduction on the main course fees due to administrative and service charges. No refund can be given after the batch has started. A refund is not applicable to a discounted offer.
We will not consider any kind of unjustified request stating, 'We need a refund'. We will not entertain refund requests without any genuine concerns. The management will decide whether the request is genuine or not.
The time frame for the refund request is 'Within 3 days.' No refunds will be processed after the above time duration has surpassed.

The student or candidate agrees to pay the applicable service fees and any communications or material charges associated with teaching, learning, assessment, online or offline resources, etc.
The student needs to pay the full amount of the course fee or mock test package before the start of his or her course.
The student or candidate needs to create an account to use most of the services, from course registration to payment, on our website. You are required to provide and will continue to provide appropriate personal information, like a valid mobile number and email address, while creating an account on our website.
Score guarantee: By following the guidelines and instructions of the trainers regularly and using the practice materials appropriately, the student or candidate can reach his or her targeted score. However, the MIE English Academy does not guarantee this. Hence, we will not take responsibility if the student or candidate does not get the targeted score. He or she is solely responsible for his or her score in the IELTS exams.
Except as expressly provided herein, sections of this agreement shall survive termination or amendment with the authority of the MIE English Academy.
