Complaints Policy

MIE English Academy always welcomes feedback from students and it takes complaints very seriously. We have strict procedures when dealing with complaints both formally and informally and we aim to respond to any complaints within 48 hours or 2 working days.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your English Language Course you should first speak to your teacher to see if it can be resolved immediately. If you feel that you cannot speak to your teacher, you may speak to the Academic Manager. If your complaint is not about your classroom experience, you should speak to the Student Services Manager.

A complaint should always be put in writing so it is recorded. There are complaint forms that you can complete, please ask the Student Services Manager. Alternatively you may send an email to info@mieenglishacademy.com

All complaints will receive a response in 48 hours or 2 working days. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the response you have received, you may contact the School Director Neil Upton by email: neil.upton@mieenglishacademy.com
